Visit from Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU)

PERBINCANGAN BAGI KAJIAN PENAMBAHBAIKAN PERKHIDMATAN KERAJAAN KEPADA SEKTOR PENDIDIKAN BAGI URUSAN PENGAMBILAN PELAJAR LUAR NEGARA DI INSTITUSI PENGAJIAN TINGGI ANTARA MAMPU DAN A&R, UIAM

Thursday, November, 27 2008 (29 Zulkaedah 1429H) - Admissions & Records Division (A&R) was visited by the Malaysian Administative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU) to discuss on the enhancement of international admission process in the local universities in Malaysia.

The meeting was held on 3:00pm at Level 1, Admissions & Records Division Multi-Purposes Room.




The meeting started with welcoming remarks by the Dean, A&R - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmad Marzuki bin Hj. Zainuddin.







Representative from the MAMPU, Br. Zaimy and Sr. Farhana.


The objective of the meeting is to re-look the area that should be highlighted in the workshop organised by MAMPU with the relevant government agencies and other institution within Klang Valley.

International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) is the third university visited by the MAMPU after the Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).

The workshop present on the process of international admissions (undergraduate and Postgraduate) that implemented by A&R and CPS, IIUM.



IIUM was invited to join the workshop conduct by MAMPU which held on 29th November 2008 - 3rd December 2008.

Presentation of token of appreciation to the representative of MAMPU by the Dean of A&R.

The meeting adjoured at 5:00pm with Tasbih Kafarah and Surah al-Asr.
